The wind is looking rough this weekend, and Lake Erie has a small craft advisory through Friday.
But the lake is still far from frozen: the Lake Erie water temperature is 37 off Toledo and 42 off Cleveland.
Sunday, the scheduled Santa Paddle before the Cleveland Browns game, has the best looking forecast, at 36 degrees.
