Fall is here: Lake Erie marine forecast Oct. 4-6

Fall is finally on its way. There’s a small craft advisory through Friday, and the temperature is going to plummet.
But, Saturday still looks fantastic, with sun, 65 degrees and a breeze, without big waves. Lake Erie is still plenty warm, with a water temperature of 70, off Cleveland.
Here’s the National Weather Service marine forecast from Avon Point to Willowick.
Friday: North-northeast wind 13 to 16 knots. A chance of showers, mainly before 7 a.m. Waves 3 to 4 feet. High of 58.
Friday night: Northeast wind around 10 knots becoming east after midnight. Partly cloudy. Waves around 2 feet. Low of 50.
Saturday: Southeast wind 8 to 12 knots. Sunny. Waves around 1 foot. High of 65.
Saturday night: South-southeast wind 11 to 15 knots. A chance of showers after 2 a.m. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Low of 63.
Sunday: South-southwest wind around 14 knots becoming west-southwest in the afternoon. Showers likely, mainly between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. Waves 2 to 3 feet. High of 68.
Sunday night: West wind around 10 knots. A chance of showers. Waves around 2 feet. Low of 58.
