It’s looking like a beautiful weekend, perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, paddleboarding and just about every other summer activity on Lake Erie.

Water temperature is 73.9 degrees at the 5-mile Crib.

Here’s your National Weather Service marine forecast for Avon Point to Willowick:

Thursday: Southwest wind 6 to 9 knots becoming north-northwest 9 to 12 knots in the afternoon. Isolated showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m. Waves 1 foot building to 3 feet. High of 78.

Thursday night: West wind around 6 knots becoming south after midnight. Mostly clear. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Low of 69.

Friday: South wind 6 to 8 knots becoming north-northwest in the afternoon. Sunny. Waves around 1 foot. High of 79.
