The cold is back, after Wednesday’s rain. And Lake Erie will get wild. There’s a small craft advisory through Friday.

Friday: West-southwest wind 18 to 23 knots, with gusts as high as 30 knots. A chance of snow showers, mainly before noon. Waves 6 feet, subsiding to 4 feet. High of 16 degrees.

Friday night: West-southwest wind 13 to 16 knots, decreasing to 9 to 12 knots after midnight. A chance of snow showers, mainly after 1 a.m. Waves 4 feet subsiding to 2 feet. Low of 10.

Saturday: Southwest wind 7 to 9 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves around 1 foot. High of 23.

Saturday night: Southwest wind 9 to 13 knots. A chance of snow showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet. Low of 17.

Sunday: Southwest wind 14 to 16 knots becoming west in the afternoon. A chance of snow showers. Waves around 3 feet. High of 24.
