Time to haul out the boats! (Laura Johnston, RocktheLake)

A small craft advisory on Lake Erie will last into Friday, with major wind and 6-foot waves.

Waves will be 2 feet or higher all weekend, with wind and temperatures that don’t crack 60 degrees. Not the best boating conditions. It’ll definitely feel like fall. Time to haul out the boats.
(The water, though, still feels warm: The Lake Erie water temperature is 67 off Toledo and 69 off Cleveland.)
