Chance of scattered storms: Ohio Lake Erie marine forecast Aug. 2-5

Boaters and swimmers will need to keep an eye to the sky this weekend on Lake Erie

, since each day a stray storm can’t be ruled out.

Friday, a slight chance of storms is likely in the late afternoon and early evening. But that still leaves plenty of time to get out on the water.

Saturday is a cut-and-paste forecast, with a slight chance of storms in the morning and afternoon – but thankfully the evening is looking clear.

Storm chances jump a bit on Sunday, so if you want uninterrupted fun on Lake Erie, I’d go for Friday or Saturday.

We’ve got one full month of summer left, Lake Erie lovers. So let’s make the most of it with this weekend!
