Where can you rent a boat on Lake Erie?
While jet skis and kayaks are plentiful, it’s harder than you’d think to find a powerboat to rent on Ohio’s North Coast.
Here are a few spots you can rent a speed boat for an afternoon, or longer.
Generally, you must be 18 or 21 years old to rent a boat. According to Ohio state law, if you were born after 1982, you must have a boater’s license. The rental companies generally offer the test and temporary licenses.
In most cases, you can make boat reservations online.
